Terms of Service
1. About Luckeroz
Welcome to Luckeroz, an online shoe store at https://luckeroz.com. This website is operated by JUYI CALTON LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16430200. Our registered office is 4 Lavinia Road, Dartford, England, DA1 1TS, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at info@luckeroz.com or +44 7981 811327. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JUYI CALTON LTD, trading as Luckeroz.
2. Using our website
You may use this website to browse our range of shoes, learn about products and place orders. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.
These terms apply to purchases made through our website. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
3. Products and descriptions
We aim to provide clear information about each pair of shoes, including the style, available sizes, features and price. The information shown on the individual product page forms part of your decision to buy.
Product photographs are intended to show the item as accurately as possible. Small differences in appearance may result from screen settings or photographic lighting. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.
Please check the product details and size selection before placing an order. Product availability may change.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless the website clearly states otherwise. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory charges will be shown before you confirm payment.
We accept the payment methods made available during checkout. Payments are handled through the payment services offered on our website. Do not send payment or card details by email.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order, we will contact you about the correct information rather than process the order on the incorrect basis. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Placing an order
Choose your shoes, select the available options, add the items to your basket and follow the checkout instructions. You will have an opportunity to review your order and its total cost before paying.
After you place an order, we will provide an order confirmation using the contact details given at checkout. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment taken for the unavailable item.
Please ensure that your contact and delivery information is accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
6. Delivery
The delivery locations available for an order are shown at checkout. Delivery methods, charges and any stated delivery estimates are also provided before payment. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If delivery does not take place as required, your rights under applicable UK law continue to apply.
Risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.
7. Cancelling and returning an order
If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must then send the goods back within a further 14 days after telling us you are cancelling.
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full cancellation process, return costs, refund timing and information about faulty goods. Your legal rights are not reduced by these terms.
8. Faulty or incorrectly described goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must meet the standards required by law, including being as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your shoes are faulty or do not match their description, you may have the right to a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
Email info@luckeroz.com with your order details and the problem so we can help. This does not prevent you from exercising your statutory rights.
9. Website content
Text, images, designs and other content on the website may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or other rights holders. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes. Please do not reproduce or commercially use website content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
10. Availability and website changes
We may maintain, update or improve the website from time to time. We aim to keep product details and availability accurate, but occasional errors or interruptions can happen. Where an issue affects an order, we will deal with it in line with our legal obligations.
11. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires us to be responsible. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, subject always to your mandatory rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence, and you may have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
